Our history is diverse and impactful. The Omicron Xi Foundation has served as a leader in youth development programming and mentoring efforts for more than 15 years. The OXI Foundation provides access to life-changing programs, resources, and scholarships. As an all-volunteer organization, we seek to leverage the skillsets of our volunteers and that of the community. 

Our Mission

The mission of the Omicron Xi Foundation is to provide urban youth compelling avenues to excellence through mentoring, tutoring, scholarships, and volunteer engagement opportunities

We envision a community where young people have the unremitting opportunity to reach their full potential and positively impact lives during their journey
